T'S Carrot Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 lb. carrots, sliced
    2 c. diced potatoes
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter.
    Add chicken broth, carrots and potatoes and simmer.
    Cook until vegetables are tender.
    Blend into a puree. Return to pan with milk.
    Reheat.
    Serve with a sandwich for a great lunch!
