Cream Puff Canapes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. sifted flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. finely grated Cheddar cheese
    2 1/2 c. tuna, shrimp, chicken or ham salad
Preparation
    Place margarine and water in saucepan.
    Heat over high heat until margarine is melted.
    Turn heat to low.
    Add flour and salt all at once, stirring vigorously with spoon until mixture forms a ball.
    Remove from heat.
    Quickly beat in 1 egg and cheese until mixture is smooth.
    Add second egg and beat well.
    Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased baking sheet.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes; cool.
    Cut each puff in half, fill with heaping teaspoon of salad filling.
    Makes about 45 puffs.
