Chicken Picatta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    8 chicken breast cutlets (boneless, skinless)
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    2/3 c. chicken broth
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    8 to 12 thin lemon slices
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    a few capers
Preparation
    Dredge chicken in mixture of flour, salt and pepper.
    Heat margarine and oil in skillet (large - one layer of chicken).
    Add chicken; saute until brown and cooked through (3 to 4 minutes). Remove to dish and keep warm.
