Holiday Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground round
    1/2 lb. pork sausage
    3/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
    1/2 c. finely chopped onions
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients, except butter. Shape into 1-inch balls.
    Melt butter in a large skillet; brown meat balls, a few at a time, over medium heat, 5 to 8 minutes.* Then bake, uncovered, for 20 to 25 minutes or until done.
