Cream Of Celery Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 stalks celery, chopped
    1/2 onion, sliced
    2 c. chicken broth
    1 1/2 c. half and half
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Put celery, onion and chicken broth in pot.
    Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes or until the celery is tender.
    Put in blender and puree.
    Return to pot and add half and half and salt and reheat slowly.
