Eggplant Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 c. whole tomatoes, chopped
    1/2 c. onion tops
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. cooking oil
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    2 Tbsp. chopped bell pepper
    2 medium eggplant
Preparation
    Season meat and brown in oil in skillet.
    Add chopped celery, onions, bell pepper and parsley.
    Cook until wilted.
    Pour off oil and add tomatoes.
    Cook at low heat for 15 minutes.
