Upside-Down German Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small bag coconut
2 c. pecans
1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 box confectioners sugar
1 pkg. cream cheese
1 stick butter
Preparation

Butter a 9 x 12-inch cake pan.
Spread a layer of coconut and then a layer of pecans.
Mix cake mix according to box recipe and then pour batter into pan.
Mix confectioners sugar, cream cheese and butter with a mixer.
Pour this mixture on top of chocolate mix, staying away from the edges.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
