Sesame Crackers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. unbleached white flour
1 c. quick oats
1 c. soy flour
1/2 c. wheat germ
2 Tbsp. yeast (rounded)
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sesame seed
2/3 c. oil
3/4 c. water
2 Tbsp. honey
Preparation

Mix all dry ingredients well.
Add oil, water and mix with fork.
Pour into dry ingredients and mix well.
Knead until smooth.
Divide into two equal parts and knead for 5 minutes. Roll out to 1/8-inch thick or less.
(Roll directly on cookie sheet.)
Cut into desired shapes.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes. You may need to spray your pans or cookie sheets with Pam.
