Sauteed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced 1/4-inch thick (use ones whose caps are tight on stems)
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    salt and pepper
    1 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Melt oleo in skillet; toss mushrooms until softened. Add seasonings and lemon juice. Serves 3.
