Ernie'S Greens - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    collard greens
    fresh garlic
    olive oil
    salt
    apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
Preparation
    Wash greens.
    Chop garlic fine.
    Heat olive oil in pan over high heat.
    Add chopped garlic and brown. Add greens and toss to coat with oil and garlic.
    Salt to taste while tossing.
    Sprinkle with apple cider vinegar or lemon juice.
