Pear Mincemeat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. peeled pears
    2 lb. apples
    1 box raisins
    2 thin skinned oranges
    1 lemon
    1/4 lb. butter or oleo
    4 c. sugar
    1 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. each: cinnamon, cloves and allspice
Preparation
    Grind together pears, apples oranges (with skin) and lemon (with skin).
    Add raisins and other ingredients.
    Stir everything together and cook over slow heat about 1 hour and 20 minutes or desired consistency.
    Can in jars or freeze.
