Stuffed Bell Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large cored bell peppers
    1 lb. lean hamburger
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 Tbsp. oregano flakes
    1 medium onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 can tomato sauce
    Parmesan or sliced cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except cheese and stuff into peppers. Wrap each pepper in foil.
    Bake for 2 hours at 350\u00b0.
    Open foil and add either cheese and melt for 5 minutes.
