Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mushrooms
    1/2 lb. pork sausage
    1/2 green pepper, chopped fine
    2 Tbsp. onion, minced
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    2/3 c. grated Provolone or Mozzarella cheese
    1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Cook and crumble sausage, drain.
    Add sausage to other ingredients, adding chopped stems to mixture.
    Mix well.
    Stuff clean mushrooms and bake 30 to 35 minutes at 375\u00b0.
