Crisp 10 Minute Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. milk
    4 c. shredded cabbage
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Heat milk and add cabbage.
    Simmer about 5 minutes.
    Mix flour and butter; stir in a little of the hot milk.
    Stir this mixture into the cabbage and cook 4 to 5 minutes or until thickened, stirring constantly.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Serve hot. Makes 4 servings.
