Butterscotch Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. soft butter
    2 eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 c. flour
    1 c. coconut
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 c. nuts
Preparation
    Cream sugar and butter.
    Beat eggs and add.
    Stir flour, soda and cream of tartar.
    Add gradually to creamed mixture.
    Add vanilla, coconut and nuts.
    Make into a roll and let stand overnight.
    Slice and bake at 375\u00b0 for 6 to 8 minutes.
