Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs, beaten
1 2/3 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 c. carrots
3 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix all together.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Frost with cream cheese frosting.
