Cinnamon Rolls(Yields 24 Large Rolls) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cake yeast or dry yeast, dissolved in warm water (let rise)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    5 Tbsp. sugar
    2 c. milk (scald), warm
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
    Topping (cinnamon and sugar, mixed)
    6 c. flour, or less
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Mix liquid ingredients first and slowly add dry ingredients.
    When dough is fluffy, roll 1/4-inch thick, brush with butter or margarine and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
    Roll like a jelly roll and slice with a very sharp knife. Place on greased baking sheet 1-inch apart.
    Let raise and bake for 20 minutes.
    Frost.
