Microwave Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. hamburg
2 eggs
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. barbecue sauce
2 Tbsp. onion soup mix
1 Tbsp. meat tenderizer
2 c. breadcrumbs
1 c. Mozzarella cheese

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
Mix well.
Shape into a loaf.
Put in loaf pan or pie plate (glass).
Cook in microwave on High 5 minutes.
Turn.
Cook another 2 minutes on High.
Top with Mozzarella.
Serve.
