Punch Bowl Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box yellow cake mix
    3 boxes vanilla instant pudding
    1 can cherry pie filling
    nuts
    cherries
    1 can pineapple
    4 or 5 bananas
    strawberries
    1 large carton Cool Whip
    1 small Cool Whip
Preparation
    Bake cake by directions on package.
    Take half of cake and crumble in bottom of punch bowl.
    Add 1 box pudding (made by directions on box).
    Layer these ingredients:
    half pie filling, 1/2 pineapple, 1/2 bananas, 1/2 strawberries and 1/2 small Cool Whip.
    Repeat, using remaining ingredients.
    Top with cherries and nuts.
    Serves 20 to 25.
    (Use a punch bowl or large bowl.)
