Zucchini And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 lb. Jack cheese, grated
    4 small sliced zucchini
    1 large sliced tomato
    2 c. chicken, sliced or cubed (can be omitted and made vegetarian)
    1 large (16 oz.) container sour cream
    1 (7 oz.) can diced green chilies
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. green pepper
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
    Butter a 3-quart casserole.
    Layer as follows:
    rice, chicken, cheese (save 1 cup), zucchini and tomato.
    Mix sour cream, chilies, oregano, garlic salt, green pepper and onion in a separate bowl.
    Pour over layered casserole.
    Sprinkle with remaining cheese and parsley.
    Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
