Oatmeal Waffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. quick cooking oats
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl, stir together flour, oats, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
    In a small mixing bowl, stir together eggs, milk, margarine and brown sugar.
    Add to flour mixture all at once.
    Stir just until blended.
    Pour 1 to 1 1/2 cups batter onto grids of preheated, lightly greased waffle baker.
    Close lid quickly; do not open during baking.
    Bake according to manufacturer's directions.
    When done, use a fork to remove waffle. Makes 4 waffles.
