Crabmeat Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 beaten eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1 (6 oz.) can crabmeat, drained and flaked
    1/3 c. sliced green onions
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 (9-inch) pie shell
Preparation
    Bake pie shell at 400\u00b0 for 5 minutes; cool.
    Combine mayonnaise, flour, eggs and milk.
    Mix until blended.
    Saute onions in butter. Add crabmeat, cheese and sauteed onions to above mixture.
    Pour into pastry lined plate.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
