Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    32 oz. hash browns, thawed
    1 c. melted butter
    1 can cream of chicken, undiluted
    8 oz. sour cream
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1 c. shredded cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Top with Ritz cracker crumbs. Bake 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
