Super Spud Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes (24 oz.)
1 can cream of potato soup
1 pt. sour cream
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
salt and pepper to taste
bacon bits
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except bacon bits, and place in greased baking dish.
Sprinkle with bacon bits.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Serves 8 to 10.
