Zucchini Hot Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 Cups Grated Unpeeled Zucchini
2 Tbsp. Grated Onion
1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
1/4 Cup Flour
2 Eggs
2 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. Oregano
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Butter
Preparation

Melt one tablespoon of butter in skillet and spoon two tablespoons of batter on. Flatten and brown on both sides. Serve with syrup like pancakes.
