Hearts Of Gold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. butter, melted
    1 (12 oz.) sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 c. flour
    dash of cayenne pepper
    1 1/2 c. roasted peanuts
Preparation
    Pour butter over grated cheese; mix well. Add flour and cayenne pepper gradually. Pinch off dough the size of a marble. Flatten and put a nut into the center. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    These can be frozen or refrigerated.
    Remove about 1 hour before serving.
