Beaufort Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. smoked sausage, cut in 1-inch lengths
    6 ears corn, broken in half
    3 lb. small potatoes, peel on
    1 lb. small onions
    4 or 5 lb. shrimp
    2 or 3 lb. crab legs
    1 box crab boil seasoning
    1/4 c. black pepper
    salt to taste
    1/4 lb. margarine
    Texas Pete hot sauce to taste (optional)
Preparation
    Cover corn, potatoes and sausage with water.
    Add salt and black pepper.
    Bring to a boil.
    When potatoes are almost done, add other ingredients.
    Boil 8 to 10 minutes.
    Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.
    Drain and serve.
