Mexican Fiesta Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. dehydrated onion
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. water
    1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 (9 oz.) pkg. tortilla chips
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Saute beef and onion in a large skillet.
    Stir in soup, water and tomatoes.
    Top with chips and heat 5 to 7 minutes.
    Sprinkle cheese on top and serve hot.
    If the skillet is covered during the heating time, the chips will be soft like enchiladas.
