Moist 'N Crispy Onion Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 dry onion soup mix
3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1 chicken, cut up
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Preparation

Place the onion soup mix and the bread crumbs in a large plastic food bag and shake.
Brush the chicken on all sides with mayonnaise.
Place the chicken, one piece at a time, in the bag. Close tightly and shake.
Place chicken on a rack in the broiler pan. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
