Pumpkin Pie Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix
2 (28 oz.) cans pumpkin
4 beaten eggs
8 oz. Pet evaporated milk
1 c. sugar + 3 tsp.
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 1/2 sticks margarine
1 c. pecan pieces
Cool Whip
Preparation

Beat eggs.
Add sugar and beat.
Mix in pumpkin.
Add evaporated milk.
Add spices.
Mix well and pour in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle yellow cake mix over mixture.
Melt margarine and pour evenly over cake mix.
Add pecans on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Cool.
Cut into squares.
Top with Cool Whip.
