Broccoli Cheese Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. margarine
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 1 lb.)
1 can broccoli cheese soup
2/3 c. milk
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Cook chicken in skillet over medium heat in hot margarine for 10 minutes or until browned on both sides.
Spoon off fat.
Stir in soup, milk and pepper.
Heat to boiling.
Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer ten minutes or until chicken is fork-tender, stirring occasionally.
Serve over rice.
