Cauliflower Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. butter
    2 gloves garlic
    1 c. cooked ham
    1 head cauliflower, broken into florets
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. whipping cream
    pinch of salt and pepper
    1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    2 to 3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Melt butter in skillet.
    Saute garlic and ham for 2 minutes. Add cauliflower and cook until crisp-tender.
    Combine flour and cream; stir in skillet and blend well.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Cook until thickened and bubbly.
    Pour into baking dish.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Place in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 until cheese has melted and brown on top, about 15 to 20 minutes.
    (Broccoli can be substituted.)
