Chili Con Queso - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 oz. Velveeta cheese
2 oz. Cheddar cheese
1 to 2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes and chiles, drained and chopped
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. cumin
1 jalapeno, chopped
Preparation

Melt together in top of double boiler.
Serve with unsalted tortilla chips.
