Yogurt Blender Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 c. low-fat plain yogurt
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 c. unsifted flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    In blender, blend egg, yogurt and oil until smooth.
    Add dry ingredients and blend until smooth.
    On a lightly greased, hot griddle, pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake.
    When pancake is covered with bubbles, turn over.
    Brown second side.
    Serve with butter and syrup.
