Stuffed Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 thick pork chops
    1/2 stick butter
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1/2 onion, chopped fine
    2 links sausage
    1/2 pkg. herb seasoned stuffing mix
    1/8 tsp. poultry seasoning
    water
Preparation
    Saute finely chopped onion with celery and sausage in butter. Add stuffing and poultry seasoning.
    Add water to make mixture soft.
    Slit pork chops and stuff.
    Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
