Tuna-Yogurt Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 hard-boiled eggs
1/2 c. low-fat yogurt
1/2 tsp. mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. Old Bay spice
1 (7 oz.) can water pack tuna
1/2 c. sliced apple
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 Tbsp. minced onions
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation

Mash egg yolks in bowl.
Combine with yogurt, mustard and spices.
Add chopped whites and remaining ingredients; mix well. Chill for 1 hour.
Serve with crackers, bagels or toast.
Yields 6 servings.
