Blueberry Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/3 c water
2 c fresh or frozen blueberries
Preparation

Combine sugar and cornstarch in small heavy saucepan. Stir in water, add blueberries, bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil 1 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over pancakes, waffles, cheesecake, pound cake or ice cream. 2 cups.
