Baked Hash Brown Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hash brown potatoes
1/3 c. onion
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 c. shredded mild Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 to 2 c. cornflakes
Preparation

Saute onion in butter.
Mix all ingredients, except cornflakes.
Place in a greased dish; crush cornflakes, pour on top of potatoes.
Bake 1 hour in 350\u00b0 oven.
May add green peppers and/or mushrooms.
