Rachel'S Hominy Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. Cheddar or Velveeta cheese
    1 can white hominy with peppers, diced
    1 can yellow hominy
    1/2 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 small pkg. corn chips
Preparation
    Heat soup and cheese over low heat until cheese melts.
    Drain hominy and add to soup and cheese mixture with Ro-Tel.
    Put in casserole dish and crush corn chips over the top.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until brown.
