Jello Banana Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry flavored gelatin
    1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed and drained
    2 bananas, sliced
    1/2 pt. dairy sour cream
Preparation
    Mix gelatin according to package directions.
    Add pineapple, strawberries and bananas.
    Pour half of mixture into a mold; place in refrigerator to set.
    Keep remaining gelatin mixture at room temperature.
    When refrigerated mixture is completely set, spread sour cream evenly over the top.
    Pour remaining gelatin mixture over sour cream, carefully.
    Place in refrigerator to set.
    Remove from mold.
    Garnish before serving.
