Glazed Chicken Wings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. mandarin juice
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. dried rosemary, crushed
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. grated mandarin peel
1/2 tsp. dried thyme, crushed
2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 lb. chicken wings
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except chicken wings, in a saucepan and bring to a boil over moderate heat, whisking occasionally. Reduce heat, simmer mixture, stir occasionally, until slightly thickened.
