Extra Good Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 c. unsifted cake flour
1 tsp. soda
1 c. margarine
3/4 c. packed light brown sugar
1/4 c. granulated sugar
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
2 eggs (may use 3 eggs)
3 1/2 c. oatmeal
1 c. raisins (I use 1 1/2 c.)
1 c. nuts (I use 1 1/2 c.)

Preparation

Mix flour and soda.
Combine sugar, butter and pudding mix. Beat until smooth and creamy.
Beat in eggs.
Gradually add flour. Stir in oats, raisins and nuts.
If dry, add the third egg.
Drop teaspoon on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
