Steak Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 small pieces cubed steak (about 2 lb.)
    3 to 4 potatoes, sliced thin
    1 onion, sliced thin
    2 pkg. mushroom gravy or 2 cans mushroom soup
    1 c. flour
    salt and pepper for taste
Preparation
    Salt and pepper the steak and coat well the cube steaks. Brown in oil on both sides. In well-greased oblong dish (13 x 9), place the steak in the bottom, then layer of potatoes, then the onions. Mix gravy according to directions. Bring to a boil and pour over mixture. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
