Mom'S Best Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. chicken
    1/4 - 1/2 onion
    1-2 chilaca or bell pepper
    1 tomato
    seasoning salt
    salt (opt.)
Preparation
    Season chicken pieces with seasoning salt and place in casserole.
    Add
    chopped vegetables, cover and bake at 250\u00b0F for 1 1/2 - 2 hrs.
    May also be cooked in electric skillet or stovetop for 1 hr.
    Chicken will be juicy.
    For gravy:
    Remove chicken and blend the rest in blender and add 1/2 c., or more, cream and 1/2 - 1 Tbsp. cornstarch.
    Heat thoroughly.
