Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
4 slices bread, broken in pieces
6 eggs
1/2 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Grease 13 x 9-inch casserole dish with margarine.
Brown sausage and sprinkle over bread.
Mix eggs with milk and salt and pepper to taste.
Pour over sausage.
Sprinkle shredded Cheddar cheese over all.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Can make up and freeze for later use.
