Sweet And Sour Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 1/2 lb. beef stew meat, cut in 1-inch cubes
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 c. chopped carrots
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 c. sliced onions
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. water
    4 tsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Brown meat in oil.
    Add
    and cook until tender over low heat brown
    sugar,
    carrots,
    vinegar,
    onions, Worcestershire sauce, tomato sauce and 1/2 cup water.
    Combine cornstarch and 1/4 cup water and add to thicken.
    Serve over rice, noodles or baked potatoes.
    Serves 6.
