Homestyle Hash Browns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 medium sized potatoes (unpeeled)
    1 Tbsp. minced onions
    salt and pepper
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Heat oil and butter at medium heat.
    Grate potatoes and add to oil.
    Sprinkle onions on top.
    Saute a few minutes, then flip to cook other side.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Very good with country breakfast.
    Makes about 4 servings.
