Pork Chop Supper - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. butter
4 pork loin chops, 1/2 inch thick
3 medium red potatoes, cut in small wedges
2 c. baby carrots
1 medium onion, quartered
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. water
Preparation

In skillet, over medium heat, melt butter.
Brown chops for three minutes, each side.
Add potatoes, carrots and onions. Combine soup and water, pour over the top.
Cover and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
