Squash Chips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 acorn squash
    salt
    ginger
Preparation
    Peel and seed squash.
    Slice tissue paper thin as for potato chips.
    Soak in ice water for 1 hour.
    Drain and pat dry.
    Fry in deep hot fat (360\u00b0) until brown.
    Drain on paper towels.
    Sprinkle with salt and ginger.
