Carrot Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. grated carrots
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 stick butter
    1 box powdered sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. nuts
Preparation
    Put 2 cups grated carrots, 2 cups sugar and 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil in a large bowl.
    Beat well.
    Add 4 eggs, one at a time.
    Sift 2 cups flour with 2 teaspoons soda, 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
    Add to mixture.
    Add 1 small can crushed pineapple with juice.
    Bake in 3 layer pans, greased and lined with wax paper, then greased and floured.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for about 35 minutes.
